Absolutely! I've never "Jumped" out of bed before unless I was having a night terror or I thought a spider was crawling on me....but I am more motivated now than ever. The thing that drags my ass out of bed each morning is that I have to take my son to school by 6:30am and then I'm off to the gym! My workouts are awesome and I'm loving the results! I've lost 14lbs and 8 of them are actual fat pounds. I'm more toned, my clothes fit much better and working out encourages me to eat much healthier and stay away (for the most part) from alcohol. I started this routine on Jan. 1st, 2016 and I've had 6 total alcoholic beverages...that's a freakin' miracle in itself....ha! Being healthy and feeling comfortable in my own skin makes me jump out of the bed in the morning. Plus being creative and being around the love of my family. What makes you jump out of bed?
